Long time fitness addict who also has a gaming habit. While it has slowed down over the years I'd be lying if I said I don't still enjoy some sessions every now and then. During it's peak I realized I wasn't staying as fit as I could be.
My mind always goes to the most efficient option. During long wait times between matches or even during the 30 seconds between rounds I started doing pushups. Quickly I realized I could write an entire program based around the concept of gaming and staying fit at the same time.
And The Gamer's Fitness Guide was born!
This program is also great for beginners who aren't gamers. Just do it as a normal 30 day workout program.
